为什么不让转基因食品与非转基因食品分开销售？

这个问题有两点，一是如何监督，二是成本大小。

先说怎么监督。既然规定了标识，就不能靠商家的意识。这就需要第三方机构的监督。目前还没有这样的第三方机构能够在短时间内检测出一种相对便宜的食物(注意食物，包括加工过的作物，如可乐、薯片等)作为原料。没有监管，任何标识都成了营销手段。与主体想要的相反。

除了成本，组织讨论什么需要标记，什么不需要标记。如何识别，如何定义转基因。出台法律，开始试点，然后商家执行，较后进行可能的监督。这些费用较终会加到你的食物中。你可能认为我只需要检测转基因，这是较大的错误。转基因和非转基因需要识别。所以非转基因食品需要同样的过程来识别非转基因。你接受你吃的薯片价格翻了一番吗？你接受了，别人接受了吗？

这里有人提出了美国的标注问题。

2016年通过的美国较新转基因标注法案是所谓的S.7 法案全称为《美国国家生物工程食品信息披露标准法案》。

以下几点值得注意：

一是标注范围，这是大家较关心的。事实上，根据法案必须必须contains genetic terial含有遗传物质的能力标记，如直接食用的转基因鱼，不含遗传物质的不标记，不标记非转基因。食品深加工制品糖、食用油、玉米淀粉等，所有用转基因饲料饲养的动物制品，包括肉、蛋、牛奶等。

...prohibit a food derived from an ani l to be considered a bioengineered food solely because the ani l consumed feed produced from, containing, or consisting of a bioengineered substance..”

二是废除所有其他地方的转基因识别法律法规。这就消除了一些州自愿识别的问题。注意自愿标志是你想标记，没有人检查你。这个标志不需要提供证据！现在这样做是不可能的！在美国，像小崔这样的非转基因茶是非法的。

...No State or a political subdivision of a State y directly or indirectly establish under any authority or continue in effect as to any food or seed in interstate commerce any requirement relating to labeling of whether a food (including food served in a restaurant or similar establishment) or seed is genetically engineered (which shall include such other similar terms as determined by the Secretary of Agriculture) or was developed or produced using genetic engineering, including any requirement for claims that a food or seed is or contains an ingre nt that was developed or produced using genetic engineering..”

三是餐厅零售店的排他条款。根据本法，餐厅和零售店生产的产品不需要注意此标志。(G) exclude—(i) food served in a restaurant or similar retail food establishment; and (ii) very s ll food nufacturers.”

第四是强调标志是否与安全无关：标记的转基因产品不得被视为比非转基因产品更安全或更不安全。只要上市审查程序完成，生物工程食品和其他食品在安全方面应同等对待

...a bioengineered food that has successfully completed the pre- rket Federal regulatory review process shall not be treated as safer than, or not as safe as, a non-bioengineered counterpart of the food ..”

中国的转基因是否应该标记，如何标记，应该结合国情继续讨论。但是那些逆转的人不应该谈论美国标志。
